The vineyard covers 60 hectares in the municipalities of Saint-Chinian and Murviel-lès-Béziers. In his vinifications, Étienne Rouanet seeks to obtain round wines without too many tannins. Its rosés are made on very ripe grapes, without great acidity, at low temperature.
