The Mas de Cynanque vineyard, located on a clay-limestone hillside facing the rising sun and stretches over 12 hectares of hillsides. Essentially composed of old vines, it includes the traditional red grape varieties of the Saint-Chinian appellation: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The vineyard is carried out with respect for the environment, vines and grapes, and the majority of the work is manual. (Ab Organic Wines Label)
