Nestled in the village of Berlou, on the schist hillsides in the northern part of the Saint-Chinian appellation, Domaine de Cambis is a small, family-run estate spanning 10 hectares, organically certified since 2021. Our high-altitude vineyards, many of them very old, are hand-harvested to produce expressive wines that combine freshness, generous fruit, and delicate spice.
Our doors are always open. Step through the estate gates and take in sweeping views stretching from the vineyard-covered hills to the wild Mediterranean garrigue. We'll uncork a few bottles, share the story behind our wines, and, for those who wish to linger a little longer, the experience continues on the terrace with a selection of delicious local specialties.

The creation of the Cambis estate in 2002 was the result of a meeting, that of a woman, Annick Perolari, and an exceptional terroir, Berlou. In 2004, following the acquisition of 12 hectares of plots and a viti-œnology training in his pocket, Annick developed his first vintages. Since 2016, Son Martin has been in charge of the estate.
