Ce vin blanc d’exception, issu de Grenache Blanc et Rolle , provient de vignes de 30 ans cultivées sur un sol caillouteux à 150 m d’altitude. Récolté à la main de nuit pour préserver sa fraîcheur, il est doucement pressé avant de fermenter en fûts de chêne français. Son élevage de 12 à 14 mois lui apporte une belle rondeur, des arômes subtils et une grande élégance en bouche.
