Frédéric Cauquil, winemaker of Domaine La Côte des Pères, works the family vineyards on the calcaire plateau of Villespassans. The whole vineyard is conducted according to the precepts of organic farming. Frédéric is pushing his farm towards biodynamics, and expects to eventually be able to produce more natural wines.
