At the Maurerie, at the Depaule, wine has been a family affair for seven generations. Joseph, born in 1788, was already cultivating shale hillsides. Today, Michel directs and perfects the 25-hectare estate. Concerned about the preservation of the environment, he puts into practice the principles of reasoned culture.
