At the Domaine des Soulié, vine cultivation is a family history. Everything is done with the strictest respect for nature and the environment, in the vineyards, but also in the cellar. The installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the wine cellar allows the farm to be fully autonomous in energy, and to take advantage of this natural and green energy produced by the Sun.
The vineyard is located on the clay-limestone soils of the Assignan plateau and enjoys a Mediterranean climate and a natural freshness induced by this high-altitude terroir.

The Soulié estate has existed since 1610. Rémy Soulié now grows 30 hectares of vines at an average altitude of 250 m. Since 1968, the estate has applied the precepts of organic farming. The wines are grown in an underground barrel cellar next to a new cellar where you can taste the wines, the majority of which are marketed for export.
