Born into a family of Languedoc winemakers, Cyril's passion for this profession is born over time and from the harvest with the family. After nine years in Bordeaux, Cyril and Nadia acquired a vineyard in Saint-Chinian in 1998. Consisting of plots located on shale, sand and clay-limestone soils, associated with different grape varieties of the appellation, it allows to produce blending wines of great aromatic richness. The vines are worked with a constant concern for respect for the environment by integrating the various parameters associated with them. This approach is certified High Environmental Value (HVE).
