The Sacred Heart Domain offers a range of red, white, rosé wines complete and varied. Luc Cabaret, the estate's winemaker, also owns plots of vines on the appellation Saint-Jean de Minervois, where he produces, on these limestone soils, a Muscat from Saint-Jean-de-Minervois.
The production of Pardailhan's navets And Olive Oil complete the range of Luke's know-how. Rare and difficult to produce products, which delight us with their delicacy and subtlety.
