They operate vines, located on different types of soils: clay-limestone terraces and shale hillsides. La Bosque is a handful of vines nestled in the heart of a mountain hamlet, on the shale crossings of the AOC Saint-Chinian; In 2016, at just 30 years of age, Olivia and Maxime Calas embarked on this adventure with the aim of returning to basics, working the land and preserving the Languedoc terroir and grape varieties through original vintages. Both natives of the country, they define themselves as "epicurean winemakers", and carry out their projects surrounded by their loved ones in a friendly atmosphere, simple of frank camaraderie. From the beginning, the goal has been to work with respect for man and nature.
