The cultivation of vines at Patricia and Luc Bettoni, winemakers of the Domaine Les Éminades is done with the utmost respect for the environment. Soils receive special attention. They are the guarantors of the natural development of vines and the biodiversity installed in the vineyard.
No weedkillers and pesticides are involved in the work of the plots for the production of organic wines, and especially pleasure wines.

Nous avons crée notre Domaine en 2002 après être tombés sous le charme d'une mosaïque de terroirs : argilo-calcaires, grès rouges, silex, galets roulés. L'ensemble des cépages traditionnels languedociens sont représentés, la vigne la plus âgée étant un Carignan planté en 1902. Le vignoble d'une surface actuelle de 14 ha est naturellement vendangé à la main.
