When he took over the family farm, Jean-Claude Petit radically restructured his vineyard. He planted Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre to make wines on the fruit, suitable to be bus from the first year. The "Florian" cuvée, on the other hand, is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
