The Landeyran is the name of the steep quartzite cliff that dominates the vineyard, on the commune of Causses-et-Veyran. It is also the name of the stream that flows gently in the hollow of this enchanting valley of the appellation Saint-Chinian. A few years ago, Frédéric Jeanjean fell in love with his magnificent shale hillsides, his typical villages with narrow streets and the intensity of the old Carignan of the estate. The decision was made, he and his wife would become winemakers in this exceptional terroir.
