The Château du Priory des Mourgues and its 20 hectares of vines on shale in AOP Saint-Chinian are led by their winemaker, Jérôme Roger. Today, he continues the family tradition that has been established for generations on the estate: the work of the vine and the love of authentic and racy wines.
The vines of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre planted in the commune of Pierrerue produce a range of elegant red wines, often awarded at the Hachette Wine Guide.

The Château du Priory des Mourgues also produces olive oil extra virgin from olive trees planted on the shale of the commune of Babeau-Bouldoux.
